Privacy policy

Envision Media 360 is a one-person business based in Winter Garden, Florida. This policy explains the information I receive through this website and through direct client work.

The short version

This site has no advertising trackers, active analytics script, account system, or payment form. I do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. If you email me, run the free checker, or become a client, I use only the information needed to respond, provide the service, protect the site, and meet ordinary business and legal obligations.

Information you provide

  • Email and enquiries: your email address, name, website address, message, and anything else you choose to send.
  • Client work: contact, billing, project, website, account-access, and technical information needed to inspect or work on your systems.
  • Free pre-check: the public website address you enter. The tool fetches that page to return the requested results.

Please do not send passwords by ordinary email. When credentials are needed, I will arrange an appropriate way to provide them.

Information processed automatically

Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and protects this site. Like other web infrastructure providers, it may process request data such as IP address, requested URL, device or browser information, traffic-routing data, and security events. Cloudflare processes that data under its own privacy terms and as a service provider for this site.

The free pre-check uses the requesting IP address only to enforce a limit of 12 checks per five minutes. That temporary counter is stored in Cloudflare's cache and expires after five minutes. The pre-check response is marked not to be stored by browsers or intermediary caches.

Cookies and analytics

Envision Media 360 does not currently set cookies or run a visitor analytics beacon on this website. There is therefore no cookie banner because there are no optional cookies to accept or reject. If that changes, this policy and any consent controls required by law will be updated before the new collection is enabled.

How information is used

  • To answer enquiries and provide requested inspections or project work.
  • To prepare scopes, invoices, records, and service communications.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the website and free checker.
  • To comply with law, enforce agreements, or establish and defend legal claims.

I do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use client information to train an artificial-intelligence model.

Who receives information

Information may be processed by service providers needed to run the business, such as Cloudflare for hosting and security and the providers used for email, invoicing, payment, or secure credential exchange. They receive only the information needed for their function. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer. It is not disclosed to unrelated marketers.

Client production work is not subcontracted. Using infrastructure such as hosting, email, and payment providers is not a handoff of the project itself.

Retention and security

I retain information only while it is reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Different records have different required lifetimes. Credentials and unnecessary project access should be removed when the work no longer requires them.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no email, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information I hold about you and request that inaccurate information be corrected or information be deleted. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or contractual reasons. Because no personal information is sold or used for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to process.

Children and international visitors

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information. This site is operated in the United States. Information submitted from elsewhere may be processed in the United States and in locations where service providers operate.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the site's actual practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above will change when it does. Material changes will not be applied retroactively in a way that contradicts the promise made when information was collected without appropriate notice.
